This project involved the development of long-term price paths for Livingstone Shire Council's water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water functions that were not only reflective of full cost pricing principles and allow for effective long-term financial planning inclusive of potential returns to the community, but were also set with reference to industry best practice and user pays principles.
