On the 14 February 2011, the AECgroup Market & Social Research division in the Brisbane office gained third party accreditation to the ISO 20252:2007 Market Opinion and Social Research-Vocabulary and Service Standard.

The AMSRS annual 2009 Conference ‘100 Stories’ is to be held at Sydney’s exclusive Hilton Hotel on the 31st September to the 1st of October 2009. The AECgroup’s Market Research Consultant, Stephanie Nguyen and Senior Consultant, Jane Cowell have been selected to present their paper, titled “Matching Libraries to Communities – The Role of Market Research” at this year’s conference.
