Queensland Nickel Group's successful trip to Beijing Conference
AECgroup recently produced a company profile for Clive Palmer's QN Group of companies. The profile was produced to promote the companies diverse footprint at the April 2012 Coaltrans Conference in Beijing, China. Simon Stodart, Chief of Operations, Commercial and Mark Kelly, External Relations Specialist from QN Group said "The brochure was a great hit and provided a very positive market impact on the Conference attendees, the conference and the trip has been very successful."

Series 2 - AECgroup Poster Series Seriously Makes the Cut!
AECgroup's design team have released Series 2 of the AECgroup Poster Series 2012. Lyndon Berresford commented that “This year's poster series provides a unique collection of thought provoking posters that tell a story of our companies orientation to problem solving, creation and the delivery of practical solutions.”

With its recent growth into Asia, AECgroup has now expanded its design, marketing and advertising division into it's new Bangkok office. New Banquet Centre at Historic Brewery
The Townsville Brewery has recently finished its stylish new Banquet Centre. AECgroup's design team played an integral part of the development of the project creating some of the contemporary fitout, logo, visual branding and ongoing marketing materials. Originally built in 1886, The Banquet Centre’s backdrop is steeped in history yet provides state of the art audio and visual capabilities including an integrated DJ console, dance floor and visual presentation systems.

Townsville Bitter. The new national and award winning brand
In 2011 the Townsville Brewing Co. launched Townsville Bitter Premium. AECgroup has been working with the international award-winning micro brewery producing a range of packaging and marketing solutions before the brand is launched nationally later in the year.

Tourism Accommodation Australia launches new identity
The Australian Hotels Association is one of the most well respected and successful industry associations in Australia. AECgroup were engaged to develop and implement the national brand identity for its new division - ‘Tourism Accommodation Australia’. Working under a strict timetable AECgroup developed the new brand concepts, pilot tested them through focus groups, refined the concept then rolled out the entire brand manual - on time and in-budget

AECgroup design team competing for a podium finish!
In mid February 2012, the concept plan for the new Townsville Stadium was unveiled. This exciting concept plan was produced by AECgroup's design team features a proposed joint facility for the Cowboys Rugby League and Crocodiles Basketball sporting teams as well as an entertainment and convention centre facility.

AECgroup's Winning Submission for New Ergon Energy Headquarters
Ergon Energy’s $60 million office tower and new headquarters are set to be built at 420 Flinders St in Townsville's CBD after the electricity retailer recently selected the project proposal from developers Lancini Group and NMG for their new office accommodation. During the tender process AECgroup produced various digital and printed material, visual concepts and graphical communication to sell the vision of both Lancini Group and NMG.

AECgroup launch vibrant poster campaign
AECgroup has recently launched a vibrant poster campaign to mark the start of an exciting chapter of growth for the company. This poster series, and subsequent series that follow, aim to enhance the company's established corporate brand showcasing the unique design skills of the company.

Creative Director bags a spot in Tooheys Extra Dry design competition
Tooheys Exrtra Dry (TED) is a popular beer in Australia amongst 18-24 year olds. Last year, TED decided to launch a new larger long neck bottle; the TED 696ml longneck or BIG TED. Tooheys knew there was plenty of competition out there, so they wanted their brand to stand out amongst the crowd.
