Economics, Planning & Development

The Economics, Planning & Development team is the cornerstone of the AECgroup.  Over time we have found that economics, more than any other discipline, plays a fundamental role in information analysis, interpretation and the generation of solutions to business, government and not-for-profit challenges.

Economics forms the foundation for many of today’s business decisions. Prior to embarking on a new venture it is important that a business thoroughly investigates the range of opportunities available.

Increasingly, economics needs to be combined with planning and development to ensure that in today’s complex planning environment, solutions make commercial sense.

The AECgroup adopts a broad approach to the consultancies we deliver for our clients. This approach of applying general economic and research principles along with a tried and tested business acumen has resulted in the AECgroup building a wealth of experience in many fields that allows us to provide practical solutions to a broad spectrum of challenges.

"Our commercial acumen, derived from years of hands on operational experience, sets us apart from our competitors."
