KIM will remove a lot of informational inefficiencies particularly chasing up information from our consultants, or offices. It will also serve as a knowledge store for our company which is vital for consulting practices as it ensures that we can capture the knowledge of our consultants. Furthermore KIM is an efficient administrator, performs perfectly every time, on time and without complaint. Just what every administration employee should aim for!

As well as being able to demonstrate to clients real live e-commerce, our modular design will allow us to adapt various elements of KIM to meet the needs of our clients. Introducing such a system, however, requires a change management process as employees need to be given a sense of ownership. KIM has been developed on a modular basis using Microsoft SQL Server, Active Server Pages and Java Scripts by Simon Smith, Opec Kemp and Brian Christie.
