Mr Johnston has delivered on behalf of Government, a number of prestigious high profile developments, and financially closed several development contracts and PPPs worth up to US$1 Billion. His last role was CEO of a large Middle East Corporation, and adviser to International Banks on Infrastructure Funds and PPP programs.
